Basic shapes were done on PowerPoint ; colouring and shading were done on GIMP.
Now, don't be deceived by the black background. That's a transparent image, and it's in PNG, and you won't be having a black background when you download it. And as you've noticed, I'm not afraid to go outside the lines - because when it's in transparent, and placed on any colour, the face seems to be glowing.
I'll probably work on a few more bases when I see fit - I'll try experimenting with different eyes, different expressions and whatnot.
