SURREEEEEEEYYYYYYYY <3

Today at 1:30, I shall begin my journey to Woldingham School in Surrey, along with Fr Mark and my chaplaincy friends.

I am quite excited about the Faith Summer Conference, and though I know I will not have any access to the Net (or even to a mobile network) for five days and four nights, I believe it’ll be worth it. Indeed, our chaplain did say, “You will survive!”

I have to get the packing done in the morning before leaving, and I must remember to bring the essentials: clothes, toiletries, food to share, PC, cameras, notebook, a pen or two, accessories for the week (I trust there won’t be very many to bring)…

I know that I’ve told a few friends that I’ll be taking lots and lots of pictures and videos of my time in Surrey, and so I shall, hopefully when I can charge up for the next day. I trust I can. And I’ll be keeping all of you — family and friends — in my prayers, as I usually do. Whilst I’m there, I shall also be sequencing some backing music for a song cover (yes, I am defying the odds and doing another song cover), and I shall also attempt to write about each day and save my progress on Windows Live Writer for when I come back. I know I won’t be able to do this for my next trip, so I might as well do it whilst I’m in Surrey.

I also have the Mario Paint Original Composition Tournament results to anticipate, and the voting round of the OC Contest Round 17 to handle, though I trust I can do these on my return, after a rewarding five days.

P.S. To Pauline, James, Audrey, Jenny, Pat and the rest of my friends at St Peter’s… I’m thinking of you at this moment, and I can’t thank you enough for everything that you’ve done for me. And I am aware that if it were not for one of you, I wouldn’t have been able to go to Surrey at all. I trust I’ll have a lot to talk to you about when I return. Take care, and God bless you. xx
